This is a test page. You can see that it has an English sidebar.

If you go under "Edit" mode, you'll see that at the top it specifies . Just add this tag to the top of any English page, and you should be good to go.

To edit the actual English sidebar, go to *http://helpdesk.ncounter.de/index.php?title=English:Sidebar&action=edit* and edit that page. Its format is 100% the same as the regular sidebar (*http://helpdesk.ncounter.de/index.php?title=MediaWiki:Sidebar&action=edit*
