This is a test page. You can see that it has an English sidebar.
If you go under "Edit" mode, you'll see that at the top it specifies . Just add this tag to the top of any English page, and you should be good to go.
To edit the actual English sidebar, go to [[1]] and edit that page. Its format is 100% the same as the regular sidebar ([[2]])
